For our inspections, we have developed a network of Realtors®, Notaries and professional field inspectors across the United States and Canada (other countries upon request). These inspectors perform the inspections in a timely manner, provide quality results, and reliably present a professional image in the field. Additionally, these individuals know the local area and are familiar with the inspection process and requirements. The process generally consists of an onsite inspection of the premises and an interview with the designated contact. The inspectors complete a form designated for this purpose, and in some instances take photographs of the interior and exterior of the business location.
Normal turnaround time for inspections is 3-5 business days. CRM Global has all the resources to handle small and large volumes of inspections.
